This one-of-a-kind commemorative plate, illustrated by Madison van Rijn, features Kit Kat’s signature Penne Salsiccia. Since 1987, Kit Kat Italian Bar & Grill had been a lively landmark on King Street. The famous owners, Al Carbone, known as “the King of King Street,” and his brother John, had seen the restaurant through many highs and lows, including two recessions and the SARS epidemic. But COVID-19 proved to be too much for this resilient restaurant. Prior to the pandemic, Kit Kat Italian Bar & Grill had 30 employees. All proceeds from Last Dish go to Toronto Restaurant Workers’ Relief Fund.
Wall mount is included with purchase. Plate is for decorative purposes only.
